Thank you for your interest in partnering with b simple. We are committed to building long-term, professional relationships with our wholesale partners. Please review our B2B selling terms below.

Minimum Order

All wholesale orders require a minimum of 15 units per order. This helps ensure efficient production and fair access to our collections.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Wholesale pricing will be shared upon account approval. Orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation. The remaining 70% is due upon shipment of the order. Orders will not be dispatched without final payment clearance.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to countries within Europe only. Our seasonal delivery windows are as follows:

Winter Collection: ships in July

Summer Collection: ships in January

Exact shipping dates will be communicated upon order confirmation. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusivity

Requests for territorial exclusivity are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if exclusivity is a consideration for your business.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for unsold merchandise or change-of-mind. However, any defective items will be replaced with the same item, subject to stock availability. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
